NDC primaries: Names of delegates missing in Ho central register

The names of some delegates expected to vote for the selection of the presidential candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ho Central Constituency in the Volta Region are reported missing from the register.

The constituency which consists of a total of 148 branches has only 146 in the register making some branched ineligible to cast their vote.

The Volta Regional Director of Elections of the NDC, Mr Pascal Agbagba expressed concern about the development to Class91.3FM.

He said nothing can be done about the situation in this election, however, they will rectify it before subsequent polls.

The voting process started at 7:00 am with about 1,400 voters expected to cast their vote in the constituency.
