Blogger arrested over Lilwin’s fake accident story

A Ghanaian blogger by name Candy has been aarrested by the Tesano Police for writing a fake accident story about Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin.

The blogger who writes on Ghsplash.com published a fake story that sought to tel the public that Lilwin has knocked down a fan at the premises of Peace fm.

The story was immediately seen by the actor who expressed disappointment in the blogger and reported the matter to the police. Narrating the incident on UTV’s Late News, Abeiku Santana who had invited the actor to the studio said the actor did not even come with a car.

The blogger who was on camera apologised to the actor and said her readers will not pay attention to the headlines but will read the story.

As at the time of publishing this report, the blogger was in the custody of the Tesano Police.
