The tribute concert to be organized in honour of the late Ebony Reigns has encountered a setback after some artistes reportedly rejected to perform for free.
This was revealed by manager of the late dancehall singer, Bullet. In a Facebook post, Bullet said some artistes have asked to be paid before they grace the tribute concert.
He described such musicians as hypocrites, insisting that is not the right way to support a departed colleague in the industry.
He, however, refused to mention the names of the artistes who demanded for money before performing at the show. According to him, their names will be released to the public after Ebony’s funeral.
