Nana Appiah Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of an entertainment company, Zylofon Media has dashed highlife artist Jewel Ackah $10,000, zionfelix.net can authoritatively say.

Head of communication for the East Legon-located company, Samuel Atuobi Baah made the amount known on Peace FM entertainment show Saturday afternoon after the “Kyere Mase” hitmaker shared his plight on the show. The highlife legend on the show expressed gross disappointment in NDC party for neglecting him after he fell sick.

The sorrowful musician right after his conversation with Kwasi Aboagye, host of the show heard the good news from Sammy Flex, head of communication at Zylofon Media. PRO for the 360 entertainment company disclosed that his boss, Mr Mensah after listening to Jewel Ackah’s dangerous, difficult and unfortunate situation ordered that $10,000 be given to him.

Nana Appiah Mensah owns Zylofon Media, Menzgold, and other companies.

Jewel Ackah was the famous musician who composed the NDC anthem, “Arise Arise’” in the year 2008. The highlife icon was one of the many musicians who popularized highlife music in the 1980s and 1990s.

His sweet voice and enticing Fante Lyrics made him and exceptional artist. But his career took a nosedive after composing the song for the opposition political party.
