Ghallywood director, Shirley Frimpong-Manso‘s film, Potato Potahto screened at the recently held Durban International Film Festival (DIFF) twice to sold out audiences.

The Sunday, July 16 screening of Potato Potahto at the Ster-Kinekor Gateway Theatre was sold out a day before, so, it came as no surprise when the second screening also recorded a packed hall.

Shirley Frimpong-Manso, OC Ukeje, Joselyn Dumas, Joke Silva, Kemi Lala Akindoju and Sarah Inya Lawal were all in attendance for the Durban International Film Festival outing of the film which is its first African premiere with it receiving love from its South African audience.

Potato Potahto will be premiered in London in September, followed closely by its North American premiere and Ghanaian premiere.
