According to yen.com.gh, the winning team of the just ended National Science and Maths Quiz from Prempeh College would receive a surprise educational package from the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

The only detail that was disclosed was the fact that the students would begin to enjoy it when they reached the tertiary level of their education. The four tutors who guided the students to victory, will take GHc5000.The Asantehene announced this, when the winners and their teachers called on him at the Manhyia Palace to present the trophy to him.

Meanwhile, Prempeh College took GHc40,000, as well as other packages from Tigo and Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB). The second and third place winners, St Thomas Aquinas and Adisadel College, each received GHc30,000. Prempeh College regained the title from Adisadel after yielding it to the Cape Coast school in 2016.
