We use milk daily in almost 50% of our diets but maybe that’s not all we can use milk for. You may know some other uses but here are 5 uses you never knew about.
- For Cleansing
Raw milk is the best cleanser you can probably find. Take a cotton ball and dip it in raw milk to wipe your face with it. Leave it on for 5 minutes and then use fresh water to wash it off. Make this a part of your daily skin cleansing regime to get squeaky clean skin. It becomes fair and supple from inside out. There is also another cleanser that you can try out. Blend 2 slices of papaya in milk. Use this mixture and apply on your face and neck. Leave it on to dry off, and then wash with cold water. Your face becomes clean, fair, and also fresh.
2. To remove wrinkles
You can also use milk to remove wrinkles. This acts an an anti-ageing cream. Mix half a banana and some raw milk to make a paste to get rid of wrinkles .
3.To Lose Weight
Milk is very tasty and a healthy way to snack. It is also a great appetizer and keeps your stomach well nourished. Have a glass of milk after your dinner to get sound sleep. You could also team it up with a fruit to make it even tastier. Drinking low fat milk or skimmed milk makes you lose eight easily. It is an effective way to help in your weight loss program.
