  • 1 banana
  • ½ to 1 cup (120 to 240 milliliters) milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) honey
  • 5 to 8 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Peel off your banana and cut them into a blender
  2. Add the milk, honey and ice cubes
  3. Blend
  4. Serve ( Tastes even better with roasted groundnuts)
